Justice Thomas speaks up in court - first time in years

When Supreme Court justices hear arguments in cases, they are normally throwing questions at the lawyers and interrupting one another -- it's very rapid-fire, and all are engaged. All of them, except one: Justice Clarence Thomas sits silent. CBS News' Jan Crawford reports.
