I'm disappointed that the bed in the back isn't lower so that it can be used as booth seating with the back doors open 😢. Okay, it's back to the 20J version of this RV. Thanks for the great review!
We need to know the accessories that comes with it, example the screen curtain in the back; stairs ( for the pop top and the outside ladder); how to lock the pop top too…thanks
Hi Gen, thanks for watching.... There is a visible screen door for the kitchen at 03:32 (although you are correct that we did not really talk about it). At 07:59 we show the keyed lock button that releases the sky bunk (and just before that we show the ladder assembly that gets you up there). At 18:11 we show how the exterior Thule Ladder functions
The early 2023 models are actually still on 2022 Promaster chassis's, it is our understanding that the 2023 promaster chassis will be available with ACC.
@@Southern_RV It is surprising that ACC is available as a $1300 option on a Honda Civic but not on a $100,000 van. I can’t imagine buying a brand-new RV that did not have this option.
Great video! Question - is this based on a the new 2023 model promaster or the older version? I heard there were some good improvements in the newest version.
Buyer beware! We purchased a 2022 Thor Tellaro 20K and there were quite a bit of quality control issues. On our first trip, screws were falling out of the bed frame!! Thor seems to use the least expensive and inappropriate hardware to connect things together. We also had a problem with the awning and Thor would not honor the warranty and said it is was designed that way. Same response with our countertops. Our next RV will definitely will not be a Thor product. You can see other RV channels and most Thor Tellaro owners have had issues, some very major ones like cabinets falling down and the BP Pro not operating properly. Several RV owners have commented that Thor is at the low end of the Class B category, but spending over $100K on a RV should not have screws falling out, not honoring a warranty issue like our awning frame improperly installed and it causes the LED lights to not work properly and for some owners their cabinets fell down!
We're sorry to hear you've had issues with your Tellaro. Hopefully the dealership you purchased it from can help you and act on your behalf while navigating warranty claims with Thor.
@@Southern_RV Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, the recent dealers claims on our behalf for the awning and countertops have been denied by Thor even when the issue are clear. I have even contacted Thor directly and received no positive responses. Our next RV will not be a Thor product nor will we recommend Thor to interested parties.
Great presentation. Very informative and was not boring. Love the brief ASMR on climbing up the ladder. 👍
Glad you enjoyed!
Wow ✨️ love my 2016 Roadtrek Zion Class B RV--but I wish I could trade it in for this one... Hopefully, i can pay mine off soon!
You can do it! Thanks for watching dat.boondocking.diva!
Good video but the black door on the drivers side is excess the cassette toilet not the heater.

Thanks for watching Amira!

This is very interesting, however, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) is a must for me, Will this unit be available with ACC?

You need a set of 30 weight ball bearings for that cushion slide....it's all ball bearings now a days......"....Fletch
Don't forget the 3 in 1 oil and gauze pads.

This is the 2022 Promaster chassis, but it has the keyless ignition, larger screen and carplay.
