FLIXITY, I have the RTX 2080 and now editing on Resolve Studio 19.01. I've performed your recommondations to optimize my NVIDIA settings and it has helped. Recently we have been dealing with slugglish playback with DaVinci's latest update and noticing choking in the GPU performance meters. Do you have any insight on why this is occuring. I know there are many factors involved that would impact GPU performance but us editors on the BM forum are scratching our heads on this. I'm questioning everything from NVIDIA app settings to Processing power.

Quick question, my friend when I try to edit XAVC s4k file from my Sony a7a iv My cpu temperature getting high 90% sometimes or more I think da Vinci resolve is using my cpu instead of gpu ! Is that correct? Can you help me to solve this problem?
I tried this exactly as shown. Everything worked, but I noticed that the UI txt in resolve was now blurry. I have since reverted back to default settings and the problem was gone. Using i712700, RTX3060 12gb, 64gb DDR4
We need studio driver in geforce experience only. It's not necessary our software will be detected by geforce experience. We need nvidia control panel settings for these softwares only

@@FlixityOfficial not working :( the entire nvidia control panel is crashing after 3 sekunds when i open it - it's looks like it's gattering the list of aplications (becauseit's empty on start) - but I can't click any thing - the app is busy and then it's crach and goes off.
@@FlixityOfficial before - im opening the control panel for first time in live. I find some issu with this crach on internet, but non of the sollutions are working for me :( maybe need to wait for new drivers...

Nice settings - Just Bumb everything to MAX and you are golden... Even if settings have nothing to do with Davinchi resolve...
These settings are optimized for both video editing as well as gaming for good pc. At the enf it's your choice to apply it or not

bro the setting you suggested it capped my monitor refresh rate to 60 hz and display got little bit blurry
If that's the case then apply only gpu acceleration settings

It's not necessary it will show in nvidia app. Apply settings in nvidia control panel

Don't apply upscaler or increase texture quality. Keep everything off

Right. If you see blurry text then try to disable all settings except gpu acceleration
do you have ideas how to add DaVinci Resolve 19 to Geforce Experience? I have Resolve 17, Resolve 18.... 4 folders... but I cant add Resolve 19 there
We need studio driver in geforce experience only. It's not necessary our software will be detected by geforce experience. We need nvidia control panel settings for these softwares only

It made my Resolve much worse.
Then don't apply any settings except Gpu acceleration
