The NDP makes lots of promises and many sharp turns in their positions in lots of issues lately. All these happened just months (or weeks?) before the election. If the NDP really think those issues are important, they should have done them in the first few years after they got elected in 2021. All these late promises and "changes" are just election language.
Yep!! Too little, too late!!
Maybe people are tired of the NDP taking more money out of their pocket year after year, but seeing little in return except a skyrocketing cost of living, unaffordable housing, deteriorating safety and increasing social chaos in our cities.
It's time for a change. The NDP have had their chance and many people aren't happy with the direction they have taken the province. Much more debt. Much worse drug addiction, homelessness and crime. It's obvious the NDP know their time is up, based on their increasingly desparate attacks on the Conservatives.
My wife and I have voted NDP all our lives. We are now voting Conservative, both our kids are voting Conservative a well, they are in their 30's and have both said the NDP doesn't fit their beliefs anymore, and they see no future.
NDP was left wing before but not it is conservative.

When has there ever been a vax that you had to get booster after booster. The vac injuries are over the roof. Majority of people in BC moved from Eastern Canada. This is our colony and we built this province.

Any idea where all the electricity is going to come from for all those new EVs? If you say wind, solar, geothermal and batteries, then you need to do more research (Vaclav Smil is good). Why do people who lean a certain way politically always seem to want more mandates? This was tried in Russia, China, North Korea, etc, and it didn't go well. EV mandates are being relaxed or abandoned everywhere, and ZEVA would never have been implemented here anyways. Not to mention the obvious fact that the NDP really don't care about climate change, they just like the excuse to add a tax. Did you see how quickly they were willing to drop the carbon tax? ZEVA never had a chance.
I was leaning toward voting Conservative, because the NDP has been borrowing and spending too much money and is way too soft on crime. However, I didn't really know anything about the Conservative leader. Now that I realize he is an anti-vaxer and a supporter of the nut-jobs that invaded Ottawa I have changed my mind. I support the carbon tax and would rather have the old provincial Liberal party to vote for, a responsible moderate party, but they are not an option. So I will hold my nose and vote NDP for the first time in 40 years.
Maybe take a look at other issues. Use Google, and look at any news clipping that are not done by the presstitutes and the light should go on, even for you!
So basically you will vote for more debt and crime. Give your head a shake.

Good job B.C you finally woke up to the taxes of the NDP imposed on you. Take a look at Alberta led by conservatives. Lower gas prices, lowest taxes on everything you buy, and more jobs for Albertans.
