In many videos i heard you call a grouper a snapper fish ..but the first and second fish in the video called grouper maybe im wrong because i don't understand tagalog language

Exactly. You misunderstood what I'm saying in the video... What I said I saw a big snapper and try to lure it but the one bites is a Grouper instead, to many fish in the sea you'll never know what you've catch...
