If you own Nahida and you're still fairly new Nilou is very good pull because her teams are low resin intense. I'd say both are good pulls in general but moreso to have more options in theater in the future rather than having best teams in the abyss.

Choose the ones you feel more happy with. Nilou it's good for accounts that already have a lot of characters, and her teams are better with only dentro and hydro. Navia could work pretty well with your account. But if you don't know on who to pull, wait for Natlan, there will be a lot of new characters and reruns coming out, and maybe you can get a cryo DPS. Ganyu melt still works pretty good, but you'll NEED a shielder.
She's decent don't worry, just invest her well with weapon, artifacts, team and talents. Otherwise she won't impress you like most geo characters, because geo is universal damage type but requires higher investment.

Look what you have and what you can get for free. Blackcliff Slasher at R5 5% worse that sig if have stack. If you really want invest her hard better to get constellations. But I was talking about that you need fully upgrade all her abilities, give her good artifacts, give her good team, and then you see the result, otherwise her gameplay may be awkward since she won't get great numbers via reactions alone. Nilou will works better only if you have others 2/1 Dendro and Hydro characters, and one of them need to be a healer, cause hyperbloom does self-damage. If you don't have Baizhu or Kokomi, you could use Barbara. But honestly, Nilou doesn't have much weapons either, so if you already have Yelans signature, I would recommend her, i played her since launch and it's one of the coolest characters Genshin ever made.
