I understand why you like the look of Backfire with Ironhide because, if you remember, Backfire's vehicle mode made an appearance in Revenge of the Fallen at the beginning when N.E.S.T. was going after Demolisher! :p
same with icepick hes a repaint with silver cannon sideswip it comes with sargent chaos well for thunder the repaint of him is cross cairs and sand storm the repaint is half-truck other human allince are dragstripe and reverbe

@peaugh How do these look up against the ROTF Human Alliance toys? Do they work as weapons with the ROTF HAs? I might get some of these to supplement that line. Scale is right and everything.
BTW anyone notice that this transformation is akin to Technobots cycle? I hope fansproject improvises it into a Leg or Hand formation for Computron if they are ever going to make it.. or maybe hasbro will fill up on that!! :D

I´ve benn dreaming with this kind of figures since HA Bumblebee first came out. This mold is really great and it might work as an army builder too!

In the G1 series, "Spike" was Sam's nickname. I think that's the best bet.

The cannon mode to me looks like it could possibly be used for a combiner leg.
