You can either do the task for reward xp or reward antidotes. You can do it for antidotes as many times as you want but you can take reward xp only once a day
@@fadhilmuhsinwijaya2925 Seems like I didn't cover the Vaccinar quest well enough. That quest is also a daily quest. You can bring more ingredients to him and you can either choose to be rewarded with ~ 230k xp or 3 antidotes. You can only get the experience once but you can get as many antidotes as you gather ingredients for. The other daily quest is from Cleanara where you have to clean 30 corruption tiles. These appear currently on at Aurea & Ashmor.

The secondary disease goes away after 24hours and doesn't require an antidote. It can just be a slight annoyance.
