She is just such an amazing person and i'm so glad i found her channel. If it weren't for her i wouldn't know when it started getting bad for me. And i wouldn't stop to help myself. But she taught not just me but all her viewers that one, its ok to be sad and to not feel well, and two how to take care of ourselves.
