Hi, I added external users/guests to the planner and share the plan URL with them but they can't access it because they don't have Microsoft office email. When they login it just tells them that the account does not exist. How does the login process work? Can someone help?

The user needs to create a free Microsoft account using the email that they want to use with the planner. account.microsoft.com/account/

Thanks for the video! However I have a problem / doubt. When I add a new task, the external person does not receive an e-mail informing them about it. When the user is an internal user, an e-mail informing them of a new task comes. Is it possible for external access to receive this email?

Hi there. Thanks for your video re. Planner. I created a ‘Form’ which my tenants use to log in wirk requests and the a flow creates a task in planner automatically. My tenants are obviously NOT members in my organisation. Is there a way to keep them updated with the progress of the task and even send them a final notification when the task is closed. ?
    Thanks
    Martin ( South Africa)
