Great tips! Learn to parry regularly, practice parrying, did I mention parry?! There are amulets (like Hollow Knight charms) that will give you health and other resources on successful parries (as shown in the video). A parry against a "shiny" attack results in a stylish one-hit kill on weaker enemies and you get health back. Also, swing your weapon and use the bow all the time to break stuff. There are breakables that look like they are in the foreground and background compared to your character, but attacking often breaks these items. There are four difficulty levels to choose from, but you'll still need timing and coordination for most of the platforming, puzzles, etc.
