Using Capstone Projects to Promote Critical Thinking

Common Core Demonstration Teacher Tom Pham has his chemistry students complete a capstone project that includes students conducting four chemistry labs as they work toward solving a crime using forensic investigation. Having made decisions through their scientific investigations, students are then tasked with presenting their findings to their peers in a gallery walk.
