    Some prompts to help you get started:
    1. What would your ideal day look like if you had complete freedom of time, money, and location? Think about how you might incorporate some of these activities into your day now.
    2. List three things you're grateful for today and reflect on why they are important to you.
    3. Write down three positive affirmations about yourself. Feel into any limiting beliefs you have and negate it. For example, turn "I am not good enough" into "I am good enough" or "I am deserving of love and happiness." Write this as many times as you need - even if you don't believe it at first.
