Bought one last fall of 2023 and like what has been mentioned is the simplicity of the unit and easy adjustment from one caliber to another. Then you have the price, couldn’t justify extra cost of other models. Works! Best to all!
I use butane so it takes longer but I let it go a little orange/red and so the flame changes colour for a second and a half or so. It's not enough to get it to the right temp for a split second. The softening of the neck and shoulder does take a second. You also won't burn the metal... Better to leave it a second longer and get a good anneal then not do it long enough and get uneaven results.
A comment for Al gores ribbons. Some people are like slinkies, they are not really good for anything but they bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.
That is what the knob control does it will speed up slow down the spin. I use glow method for time in flame and you may under/over a few cases. However easy to change.

If I have the flame perfectly pointed on the shoulder/neck, what number should I set it for annealing Lapua 6.5 PRC brass?

Yeah that's the rough time , once the case starts to glow inside I let it drop

your time is 4.97! unless you have turned your neck thinness very low. You may increase to 8 sec.
You only annealing for 3 seconds, you needed to add a secon or 2 more.
