First type your name,then go to the color wheel choose your 3 or more colors. Go to airbrushing,then select any airbrushing brush you prefer to use.Then make sure your on a new layer above your name layer start making lines with the 3 colors you choose,After that, you will need to go to the wand icon go down to liquify,choose right or left swirl,then press push to cover your name, this part is optional you can add crystal affect if you wish, after that you will then need to go to your layers menu, make sure your on the 3 colors layer press on the side of the layer press clipping mask, then pinch the color layer and your name together! This is optional go down to spray in the brush tool, then choose any brush from there. Change the background from white to black & Wala your finished!
