I was born with this disorder, but it affected my height more than anything, I started taking medicine at age 10 and before doing so the doctors predicted I would end up being about 150 cm tall (As a male). When I started taking the medicine I was about 125 cm tall and I am now 16 years old and about 167 cm tall and still growing. I’m very grateful to my parents and everything they have done to help me throughout this journey.

it depends but if you think you have it you should get checked for it. I was 145cm when i was 12 and now im 181cm and 18. if you eat healthy and have the right exercises and workout you're gonna reach your maximum height. i would suggest you to do a lot of jumping, 100 times a day at least. eat a lot of protein (chicken, fish, eggs) and youre gonna have some acne and pimples breakouts but thats normal. you still have a lot of times to grow and i hope you can be the best version of yourself.

@Ťshøłø Płąÿź 1.i t depends on your parents and genetics, so first of all you might wanna ask them whats their height, if udk their height then u can measure it with tape that u can buy at any of ur local store, usually at the hardware store.
      2. Diet. A good diet is what can make u grow the tallest to your potential. Good food makes up for a good body. You can never grow if you dont eat much. My advice is eat more protein based food like meat, fish, eggs, chicken, beans and milk. 13 is actually the best for your puberty growth, just make sure to eat a lot. And with diet theres also some sides to it like hormone imbalance so don't worry if you got pimples outbreak or anything since it's normal, mine happened around 16-17 just make sure to wash ur face often and have a clean room
      3. Exercise. There's a LOT of good exercises that you can do to grow taller and this only works if you're around 12-16. It gets harder to grow taller once u reach 18. First of all you can do a lot of stretching, you need to understand you grow not with your muscles but actually with your BONES. So avoid exercises like weightlifting or bodybuilding that makes your muscles tight. Make sure to let your muscles relaxed and a bit loose so it can grow. Jumping is the best exercise to do, I highly advise u to do 1000 per day and don't worry it's actually easier than u think. I myself still do it to this day, you just gotta jump 100 at a time and rest for 3 mins and then repeat it. It will take like 45 mins approximately. If you want to do other exercises you can google it theres bunch of them. But you will see that you need to do a LOT of stretching. If you want to start having muscles tone body i advise you to do it after 20 y/o.
      4. Water. This is the most important of them all. Make sure you drink 4 Litres of water (1 gallon) PER DAY. you need to finish 1 litre every six hours with calculation 24/4 = 6. Water and food is very important for growth for any living beings including animals so make sure to eat a lot. Eat an animal-based food like fish, prawns, squids, cow beef.
      5. Conclusion. You still have five years to grow so you shouldn't worry much but that doesnt mean you shouldn't do anything. It's better to start now. Heights affects different genders between male and female and I assume that you're a guy so you will see effects and differences at 15. And also learn how to mew. It's called mewing and its THE BEST THING to know about at such a young age. I would love to hear your reply or any feedback in the future. :))
