That Bike is a healthy start! Maybe a music bike shop! 🙂Which reduces sugar! Fruits are good all greens are good, and water. Spinach, Blackberries, Raspberries, and Chia seeds are also a good crop to grow for health issues! I used to use a Blank piece of paper on my fridge which helped me until recently going onto a CGM Thank you for your help in your music world in Health! Looking forward to hearing some 🙂
