Absolutely brilliant video! The research and storytelling on the lost continent of Mu had me completely hooked. The theory connecting the Minatogawa man to Mu's descendants is utterly fascinating. To think there might be a link between these ancient people and a civilization from thousands of years ago is mind-boggling.
I'm curious about the Naacal language that James Churchward learned from the Hindu priest. Are there any surviving samples of this language or other references to it?
The striking similarities in flood stories across different cultures worldwide make me wonder if they could be echoes of a global event like the sinking of Mu.
Thank you for this thought-provoking video. Can't wait for more content on ancient civilizations!

Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful reflections on our episode about the Lost Continent of Mu! Your interest and enthusiasm are why we love creating these videos.
As for the Naacal language that James Churchward learned, it's an intriguing part of the story. Unfortunately, Churchward's claims were the only known references to this supposedly ancient language. If tangible evidence were to be found, it would indeed be a significant historical discovery.
The parallels you noted between global flood stories are indeed fascinating. Many researchers, like Churchward himself, theorize that these could potentially be remnant tales of a cataclysmic event such as the sinking of Mu. It's a fascinating topic and certainly opens the door to many discussions about our collective human past.
On a related note, it's interesting to mention that James Churchward was not the first to theorize about a lost continent in the Pacific Ocean. The idea was first suggested by Augustus Le Plongeon, a 19th-century traveler and writer, who believed in the existence of a lost continent he called "Mu". His theories, although later discredited, laid the groundwork for much of Churchward's own work.
We're glad you enjoyed this exploration into the ancient civilization of Mu, and we appreciate your ongoing support. Stay tuned for more intriguing dives into the world's mysteries!

I believe all of us first peoples on the coast are connected because no matter where you go you’ll see the same symbols. Carved into megaliths in Peru for instance, and patterning in the large stones echo throughout all of us from stone carvings, pottery, baskets and blankets. If it was a form of language or not it spread across the globe even other parts of the world same geometric shapes on everyday things has to have more meaning then we think. I think anyway

The connection you're proposing between Mu and Lemuria is certainly a fascinating one. Both are theorized lost continents, with Lemuria often associated with the Indian and Pacific Oceans. While Mu and Lemuria are often considered separate entities in most theories, the idea of a shared history or link is an interesting area to explore.

I think Mu might be an abbreviation for LeMUria. If you look at the plasma moon map of the continents, you can see where Lemuria is. It is situated between Australia & South America and is very close to the coasts of Japan & China. And if you correlate Lemuria with the giant craters on the moon face, the biggest crater on the entire moon face is located directly on one side of Lemuria. This giant crater could signify that a giant explosion occurred there and that explosion is what destroyed Lemuria and left most of it under water.
There is also another one of these giant craters directly on one side of the continent labeled as Atlantis and whatever caused that giant crater could be what sank Atlantis

It is said that the Mu continent sank overnight into the Pacific Ocean 12,000 years ago.
The Jomon culture in Japan is believed to have begun about 14,000 years ago, so if this is true, the Jomon people would have known of the sinking and destruction of the Mu continent.
On the contrary, the tsunami triggered by the tectonic movement of the sinking continent would have wiped out the Jomon villages in Japan. However, no such legends remain in Japan.
However, if the dating of the sinking is wrong, it is possible that when the Mu continent sank, some of the displaced people drifted to Japan and established the Jomon culture. However, Neolithic sites excavated in Japan date back an estimated 30,000 years, so the island of Japan was inhabited long before that.
    One more silly story.
If you draw a parallel line above or below the letter "MU" and rotate it 180 degrees around its axis, then flip the letter, it will resemble the letter "WA" in the alphabet.
WA" is the name of an ancient Japanese country and means "harmony" or "peace. If we add the adjective "Dai" to it, we get "YAMATO(Dai-WA) = Great Harmony (Peace)“.
If the Jomon people were descendants of the Mu continent, whose land sank and suffered a great disaster, it is not surprising that they would name their new country or land "peace" or "harmony with nature.
The original name of Japan from ancient times to the present day is NIPPON. (The meaning of NIPPON is "the country under the sun" or "the country of the sun's great source.)
The fundamental deity in the mythology of Shinto, Japan's own ancient religion, is not a monotheistic religion and is said to be the "eight million gods."
But it is the sun goddess (AMATERASU-OMIKAMI) who was involved in the founding of Japan (WA) country.
There is also a myth that the "Seven Lucky Gods (SHICHI-FUKUJIN)" among the Japanese deities came from the sea, which in the past was interpreted to have come from the Eurasian continent.
But if one goes back in time, it is possible that it was an old legend that the inhabitants of the Mu continent, who lost their land, landed on the Japanese islands as a refuge and took temporary shelter there.
Maybe the seven of ”the Seven Lucky Gods” does not represent seven people, but symbolizes the fact that seven races, seven species, landed in Japan to take refuge from the MU disaster from the sea.
A vast number of Jomon Pottery Culture sites have been discovered on the Japan island, dating back 14,000 years. Neolithic sites have been excavated dating back an estimated 30,000 years. These vast numbers of sites have been excavated overwhelmingly in Japan, while no such numbers have been found in the continental Asian region.
Given the presence of these ancient Japanese ruins, it is highly likely that if Mu really existed in the Pacific Ocean, the island nation of Japan would have been among the destinations to which the Mu refugees fled after the catastrophe that submerged their land.
As is widely known, Japanese culture, behavior, and language systems are fundamentally different from those of China and other Asian cultures in Eurasia. ”It's a remarkably completely different language system, both grammatically and in the way it's pronounced.”
The cause of this difference may be the unique natural environment peculiar to the Japanese island countries, which developed independently, but perhaps it may be also the transmission and inheritance of the culture of the inhabitants of the Mu continent.

ah, I see what you're hinting at. In some references, Mu has been likened to or even equated with 'Lemuria'.
In India, the lost continent of Lemuria is sometimes referred to as 'Kumari Kandam'. Could that be the term you're thinking of?
Lemuria, like Mu, has often been associated with mysticism, and some theories suggest it could be a more spiritual or etheric realm, similar to interpretations of the Garden of Eden. The lore and legends surrounding these lost continents are truly fascinating!

i heard Mu was 71.000 years ago not 50.000. and yes to a degree the land that vanished beneath the waves could be the actual story behind a great flood. Ra is a pretty good indicator there was a connection between cultures. also pyramids is a good indicator of this. in Australia there is a rocky cave with Hyroglpyhs written by Seti II where it states : SETI II was here. 2 years later he wrote again. SETI II was here. it would take 2 years to sail to south america in the ship types they used. which to me is rather remarkable. about religion, there are tons of stories where a god had 12 diciples and so forth. but i also like to point out there is no evidence any god ever existed. i usually explain it to people like, age of religions as we know them. around 20.000 years(could be older) shamanism on the other hand dates back to around 176.000 years. Homo Sapiens on planet earth, around 320.000 years. so heres the twist. if a god could exist it would take intelligence to learn for 3 trillion years to be able to create the universe. better know today as a type 8 civilization. but even with our technology today we are according to experts only 75% close to be a type 1 civilization(a civilization that can leave their planet). but since the Earth is only 4.8 billion years old, and the universe 13.8 billion years old. it would be impossible any god ever existed. sure Muhammed the proophet lived. Buddha lived, jesus lived, Odin lived. but they were not gods. they were human beings like you and i. they just understood nature better than most at those times. example runes or hyroglyphs was for the scholars not the common man. most common people saw it as being magic. the kontiki expedition made a boat they sailed across the ocean. made from siff . theres a video about that on YT. what it showed was even in primitive times of the world it was possible to cross oceans. another great aspect is tasmania & madagacar islands have a unique wildlife not seen anywhere else in the world, which is another indicator of some sort of connection. modern man tends to think we are smarter today but infact, Homo sapiens brain capacity was always the same. quite interesting nonetheless. great video. thank you for uploading it :) p.S. it is also the land of Mu you hear in the music from british group/band KLF. probably most known with tammy wynette singing justified and ancient.

Myths are older than religions. the oldest myth came from africa before the great exodus. it was none other than the dragon myth. it was amplified in asia specifically china. china once ruled the oceans with massive ships that could carry up to 2000 soldiers. an ancient hangar carrier sort of. also in china is where you find most pyramids anywhere in the world. search for the white pyramid. the sad part is the chinese government have closed them all for public so we never know what history may be inside of them. it is also said djeghis khan may have been related to odin. Wooden as he was also called. that name is not nordic. there is more connections around the globe like that. search ollie boye the mapping world. it shows sort of how humans migrated from africa and when religions began. and how it spread. thanks for you upload again. good stuff :)
pps. Ra was also known as SOL(sun). the sunwaggon found in scandinavia is said to originate from egypt. but thats many thousands moons after the land of mu.

Thank you for sharing this perspective. It’s fascinating how certain cultural similarities-like those between Polynesians and the Indigenous peoples of the Americas-hint at possible connections to ancient civilizations like Mu. The idea that advanced societies may have existed and been overlooked or undervalued by modern powers who prioritize wealth and dominance resonates with a lot of people. It raises important questions about how we define ‘civilization’ and whose achievements we choose to honor and remember.
It’s always intriguing to think about how much knowledge and history may have been lost or misinterpreted over time. Who knows what other ancient wisdom and accomplishments lie beneath the surface, waiting to be rediscovered?
