What does Mct stand for Example is coconut oil is a mct I’ve heard both that coconut oil is good and bad for those with high LDL levels so it’s hard to determine More research would be needed per individual

I have stage 3 chronic kidney disease. Read the side effects and it said muscle damage and kidneys are muscles. Pain was so bad I was up all night. Stopped taking it and feel so much better. Actually slept thru the nights. Didn’t have to get up several times with my kidneys. The side effects from medicines are real which I never believed. Maybe not for everyone but this was for me.
Well what did he suggest to prescribe due to this condition ⁉️ research and ask questions If it’s not that specific dr that diagnosed this... ask another any kind of questions....

Febofibrate is also a CYP inhibitor right? And also had about 135 drugs known to interact with. Gemfobrozil has about 100 drug interactions.

Just stop eating carbohydrates and eat fatty red meat. Your problem will be solved.
What happens to the broken free fatty acids? Are they expelled as waste from the body or are they used in another process?
The broken free acids are utilized in other metabolic processes like TCA cycle as broken fatty acids will liberate acetyl coA
Is it good to take fenofibrate and simbastatin?
