Petra is okay, but the band does not have a lot of really good quality videos that showcase them in a flattering way. They did not sound real good in the "Farm Aid" vid either. Maybe just not a massive crowd sound band like Queen or Aerosmith.
Kind of depressing to see such an awesome band that had such a great run not knowing when it's time to quit. I mean, seriously. They don't sound good and they're playing for six people.
well thats how jesus opened his ministry: "repent or die" (paraphrase)... your message should be clear so all may understand (even the non-witted).. i agree and like subtle lyrics and ideas but i think more impact is made with a clearer message... doh :)
mate live recordings unless done right sound like rubbish.live performance can be absolutely pumping and poor recording of live mix which is mixed primarily for live will sound like crap believe me its the norm. In our days they were running dual mixing one for live one for decent recording but 99% of live concerts are rarely recorded decent.petr sound unreal live

you may not like the sound, but they're one of the most straight-forward messaged band. their message was very biblical and strong

i also dislike straight forward messages. they're usually too simplistic to be true.
