I got a plot in private society in 2008 for RS.550000 and it's worth is Rs.5000000 approx and deposited Rs.880000 along with membership fees. What is it's worth after 16 years pay more money as escalation charges. It's not justice where we go. The name of society is very big D H A.😂😂😂

Kindly ask DHA management to ballot non balloted files we have deposited our dues in 2008. We are helpless and can not do any thing. Our past was dark and our future seems to be the same.
Arslan Saheb if you go some meeting ,please ask one question that first development charges were paid, when we were paying initial instalments. May be you donot know this because that time you people were not involved. Then again service charges and now sdc. When after three years this management will go, new management will again ask some more charges. One thing more if our plot was delivered on time or after two thee years, we could have built our house in between twenty lakh to twenty five lakhs. But now if we build our house, it will cost more than one core. Who will share this.
Sir please inform DHA valley authority to send challan forms to Askari Bank Peshawar Cant branch and other branches like DHA Peshawar branch.we are facing difficulties depositing Additional development surcharges instalments..... Thanks sir.
you defend dha management better than they do. them owning the project, them completing at late, them still messing up not delivering on their recent announcement, i mean what is there anything remotely responsible of them. i am watching your content for the last two years, and evertime you comeup with a wait stratetegy. well thanks. what other option do we have. to all affectees, my advise take it with a pinch of salt, this is a doomed project. 16 years now and these fine agents still come and advise 'todha sa wait kar lein, dha kaheen bhag nahi rahi'. to hell with dha management and to hell with such advisors. if there was any law prevailing, they wouldn't charge SDC of their own f**up, let alone levying escalation charges. They make us pay to clean their shit, then they again make us pay to consider cleaning their shit, and to story is never ending. May Allah put the decision makers of DHA in a position that they never get peace of mind.

DHA is lacking in communication. They should either send mail or email, but must maintain communication.
Why dha need to brief dealers.dha should directly brief file holders ..dha is putting its mistakes and corruption on file holders in terms of sdc.

Plot owners remained throughout prompt & regular in their installment payments since 2008 till date must be allotted better located developed plots.

When commercial possession is expected
I have one query, will 4th ballot file holders get possession upon completion of escalation costs installment plan i.e in the year 2027?
What if someone has paid escalation charges and development charges before time ? Can those plots be given possession earlier?
When is upcoming balloting expected?
