DHA is required to pay Escalation charges to the allotties instead of demanding Escalation charges from the allotties as cost of construction of the houses has been increased Upto more than 1000 percents
Exactly. But unfortunately we r in Pakistan where we can't expect justice
1. ڈی ایچ اے والوں سے گزارش کریں کہ 2nd ballot کے ان plots کو بھی قبضہ دیں جن پر Escalation cost نہیں لگی کیونکہ وہ Development Charges بہت پہلے سے ادا کر چکے ہیں۔ وہ Escalation cost بھی بروقت ادا کریں گے۔ اس سے DHA پر اعتماد بھی بڑھے گا اور ان کی نیک نامی بھی اضافہ ہو گا۔
2. ان سے یہ بھی گزارش کریں کہ 2nd ballot کے وہ plots جن پر Escalation cost نہیں لگی ان پلاٹس کے ساتھ نان بیلٹ جیسا سلوک مارکیٹ میں ہو تا ہے جس کی وجہ سے ممبرز بہت تکلیف میں ہیں ڈیویلپمنٹ چارجز دینے کے باوجود۔ لہزا ان پلاٹس پر escalation cost لگا دیں اور اگر کوئی پلاٹ Developed Area میں نہیں ہے تو اسے Developed Area میں شفٹ کردیں۔

A S O My dear .I request you that my question must be refer to dha valley adminsturation .accourding to utuber Mohd Nasir Joyia that your investement in non balloted are dead invested in dha valley.and now i ask question to addminsturation that you are announced new projects in dha Rawalpindi.Why dha addminsturation not adjust thouse allotees off dha valley.Dha valley addminsturation must give time frame to non bellot files holder to clear them thanks God bless you .From Matloob Chakwal.
I paid initail instalments in dollars ( market price ) then SDC on fixed price . Only after that DHA told that second ballot was fraud by DHA and imposed another charge called esclation charges. Now what is gurantee that DHA will deliver if we pay escalation charges because of DHA's incompetence. If DHA wants to cancel plots they must return price currency they collected i.e. dollars as current market price is way less than what we have already paid to DHA

Tell them to extant the date as overseas its different for us to follow up and if they give some discount on lumsum payment will be attractive and give some relief to end user. My plot is in rose block they promise to give the possession in 2011 and i paid in $

طاقت کے زور پر جو ظلم عوام سے کیا اس ڈی ایچ اے نے اس کی سزا ان کو اللہ دے گا انشاءاللہ سارے پیسے لے کر اج تک کوئی پلاٹ نہیں کوئی زمین نہیں فائل2012 ساری رقم دے دی😭

میرے خیال میں سب سے بڑا مسلہ نان بیلٹ فائلز کا ھے۔ کیا 16 سال مذید انتظار کرنا ھو گا ؟ اور اگر 16 سال بعد DHA سرخ جھنڈی دکھا دے ؟

سر کیا development charges بھی لینے کے بعدDHA managment لوگوں کو possesion دے سکے گی؟ کوئی گارنٹی effect ہوئے لوگوں کو بھی چاہیے ۔ 15 سال بعد بھی وہاں کوئی گھر نہیں بناسکے۔ نہ وہاں ریٹ بڑھے۔ کہیں بھی یہ براحال تو نہیں ۔ شکریہ

ارسلان صاحب میری ڈی ایچ اے فیز 7 کی انتظامیہ کو تجویز ہے کہ جو ممبر اپنے SDC اور Escalation Cost کی اقساط وقت پر ادا نہیں کر رہے تو ان کے بیلٹڈ پلاٹ دوسرے ان لوگوں کو الاٹ کر دیں جنہوں نے اپنی اقساط وقت پر ادا کر دی ہوئی ہیں مگر ان کے پلاٹ اس سیکٹر میں ہیں جہاں ابھی قبضہ ملنے میں دیر ہے اس سے یہ فائدہ ہو گا کہ ویلی میں گھروں کا تعمیراتی کام شروع ہو جائے گا اور مارکیٹ بھی اچھی ہو جائے گی

Most valid point is raised. The plot holders promptly & timely paying their SDC/Escalation Cost installments must get better located & developed plots. They have already suffered for the last 14/15 years despite being regular in all their installments & have never defaulted.

We already paid in US dollars. Due to incompetence of DHA development increased so why we should pay escalation charges as paid SDC charges against bogus 2nd ballot of bogenvella. If DHA can give plot possession then we will pay eclation charges otherwise DHA has no trust anymore.
