Okay so yesterday and the day before i can’t describe it but it feels like i gone full circle.
This timeline is somehow connecting back to the year 2021…litterally the time before i just got ill. I was rewatching my reaction to this animation series from old project it started June 2021…that’s when i got severely ill. Migraines got out of control I was stuck in bed then depression throughout 2021 and 2022 slowly getting better throughout 2023.
Not just that but this comic came out around April -June 2021 and I received the physical copy yesterday as the creator litterally finish the project. Weird how things are going back to the time around June when I was last better than I was. It was still hard time during locked down but yeah…it’s a time I don’t like remembering. It just feel like I’ve gone full circle as if my depression chapter completed. I can do my business work now as I am happier.

I remember the first time I told myself I love you. I was alone in my car and I pulled my sun visor down to look in the mirror. I looked myself straight in the eyes and said , Territh Shurone Collins, I love you and I appreciate and love everything about you, even the dark stuff! I remember it felt so weird, which made me realize that I had never done that before!! Prior to this, in cycles, I'd look in the mirror and tell myself just how much I hated myself!! June 2010 was the trigger to the deepest dark night of the soul I’ve ever had. It was the catalyst for many losses in my life that ultimately equated to loss of love in all of its various forms. I’ve been having strange dreams that translate to a reminder of this time. Over the years, I’ve done a lot of work to heal that trauma, but there were always a few wounds that I acknowledged but never accepted. Just this morning, I decided to embrace acceptance of one. 100% resonated with this reading it's exactly described what I'm going thru currently. In 2018 April I lost my husband of 38yrs and then in 2023 June I faced a breakup, was betrayed and heartbroken after 3yrs of narcissistic abuse which with the help of the universe and spiritual guidance I was able to be removed from. By December last year I thought I'd got to the point of being able to face moving on and refused to take the past into 2024. In reality though I had convinced myself that I had moved on, had forgiven myself and my person, not his behaviour though, and was getting back on track. However, I really have been only treading water enough to maintain a sense of positivity and balance within myself. Now I find myself surrendering once again and, after all this time asking the Divine to never put me in a position where I would need to face my person again, the thought of that created so much anxiety, dread and even a little anger within me, and I realised I hadn't really fully healed enough. I'm once again facing the wounds of abandonment, rejection and feeling of unworthiness, yet this time it's different it doesn't feel quite as fresh but more like a distant memory that is pointing out to me it's there and asking me if I still believe it. The answer is no I don't I no longer feel abandoned etc I know I'm worthy and I finally do feel I can face my person only to say I'm all good on my own I'm happy within myself and life is joyful, that he no longer has a place in my life and that I wish him well and that he to can find his happiness to. Afterall I've come to understand as heartbreaking and wrong narcissism is he's a traumatised soul who needs to heal

All of this week I hv been experiencing triggers, anxiety around the Solar Plex, restlessness, lack pf sleep or heavy sleep and migranes. I had also returned to crying.
When I have listened to this video is when I hv received proper guidance.
So looking back, last year a week like this is when I broke up with the DM. Precisely on June 4th. By then I had feelings of anger and anxiety as I felt he had wasted my time, been cold and cruel to me, cheated on me and literally just removed me from my natural cause of happiness and progress.
To be hpnest I still have some anger seething in me everytime I remember the brutality I faced and perhaps that is what is coming up for processing. I am already weeping as I write this.
I have been battling a lot of heavy negative energy all of this week and it has been affecting my solar plex that I feel frozen, I cannot undertake basic house chores.
Also all the people who triggered me in the past have been contacting me and it brings out my anger.
I have also been getting into unnecessary arguments and my anger coming up.
So I think in all these circumstances, I have to deal with fear and anger for me to move to the next level.

The doors in my house analogy was one I've found useful to hear just now, thank you. I have recurring dreams in my life where I'm dashing about, sometimes opening and shutting doors, finding wtong things behind doors, unable to open doors, then dashing upstairs, or down corridors - busy exploring my mansion but not yet ready to go the shortest route from point A to point B ! Psychically exhausting! But genuine progress can't be forced. Sometimes, you're just not ready right now. Your subconscious or highest self knows when its safe and time to open those doors. Because it is, as you were saying, painful and lonely while going through it... but when you've done it and come through feeling lighter and stronger , and with new resilience, you understand you've also been spiritually protected too. I have only just started listening to this reading.
It was posted up only moments before I was about to step into a group singing rehearsal for an upcoming performance. I had been working towards performing a couple of solos but due to my CPTSD being very flared up I have had to concentrate on my healing work.
I can’t go into all of the details of my story in this forum for safety reasons and it may also trigger others and I don’t want to do that.
But I’m feeling guided to share a small part of my story for some reason.
I recently identified an epicenter of stored trauma energy in the right side of my throat, neck, shoulder and shoulder blade. With the recent experience of a series of, and extremely horrific traumatic assault events, I’ve been forced to confront a lifetime of trauma and abuse going back to as young as 2.5-3yrs old. Alongside of all of this, One of the main themes throughout my life has been toxic people in my life always working to shut my voice down. Both my spoken and my singing voice, despite having been a successful performer in my childhood.
I recently returned from a trauma recovery program which led me to seeking out other healing modalities and I ended up attending my first ever immersive breath work and sound healing workshop. I had no idea what this workshop was going to be like, I just felt so strongly guided to this specific place. Sure enough, the main facilitator is one of my incarnated spirit guides but also a fellow starseed and soul tribe member.
Due to the more than 40 years of deep , dark dense trauma energy that my human vessel has been embodying in this life time (and potential some carry over from past lives), this workshop for me was something that closely resembled what you see in movies as an exorcism. I’m going into more detail than I was originally going to, but I’m feeling guided to, as maybe someone else from the collective here might benefit from some of this, I’m not sure.
But anyway, a day or so after this workshop, as my body and soul was integrating some of the healing, I started to really notice the physical symptoms I described above. In addition, I was really struggling to use my right arm and I was just in so much pain. It’s like when you have an injury and get some deep tissue massage work done and it gets worse before it gets better. The right side of my throat and my sinuses on that side have always been very susceptible to illness i.e. I get severe middle and inner ear infections on that side and laryngitis swelling is always worse on the right side. I decided that despite the pain and discomfort of the purging and integrating process, I needed to push through and finally be free of the stored visceral trauma from my body and to free my voice and my truth.
After another 1:1 session, a large lump came up on the right side of my throat. It was like a ball of tension and very visible. During the sessions, although it required me to go back to the original trauma, I finally remembered absolutely everything and finally understood why I was having a fight or flight response when I was trying to practice certain voice/singing exercises. I finally understood why when I did certain singing things and when I’m having a severe CPTSD episode I feel like I’m choking. I have had about 4 x 1:1 sessions now along with daily (multiple times a day) chakra cleansing meditation using mudras, mantras and voice vibrations and although this whole experience has rendered me unfit for work and pretty much every tower possible has crumbled around me, I’m feeling so much more free from the tension and the lump on my throat has pretty much gone. I still get triggered by things and sometimes I don’t know what they will be and when they will happen. But I know that if I keep striving towards healing and aligning with my higher self, I will rise from the ashes completely transformed and ready for the next phase of my mission here on earth.
I’m definitely struggling to reach that last breakthrough point but I’m trusting the universe that all of this darkness is not in vein and once I’m where I need to be, I can hopefully help and inspire others to heal too.
Singing is one of the most powerful gifts given to each and every one of us from the Divine Source. It doesn’t matter how “good”or “bad” you sing, (I don’t believe that’s a thing, but you know what I mean), it raises the vibrational frequency of the human body and soul and in turn, Gia itself.
Not sure why I felt I needed to share all of that. But thanks Infinity once again for sharing your gift here. It is so powerful and transformative 🙏

Thank you for the reading, Infinity! First I thought that's happening cause of smoking. I think I got that negative habbit at 12 yrs old around this span of time. And now I'm 23...and not just that, but I think in this period of time I've departed from my twin 2 yrs ago.
It's feeling like something os coming up from the sacral chakra, through the solar plexus and I feel like a mix of pain and heaviness in my heart that is going up throgh throat and the 3rd eye. I thought I was feeling my twin's pain, but you're right. After I've felt that, I knew it's gonna be ok. I'm not scared of my past. I'm gonna go in every corner of my being, clean it up and decorate it nicely😅❤.
Ha, a trauma can't stop me. It's just an event from the past that threteaned my autenticity and my being, but I know those things won't happen again, I'm litterally someone else now. I have the power to heal anything in my being. All of us have that power. So, guys, if you have those feelings keep im mind that you're not alone.
Oh, yes, I love to journal. That's how my higher self was comunicating with me when I wasn't into spirituallity and I didn't knew who I am. When we are alone that's the best opportunity to look inside and see what's there. That's a time to reflect and reinvent yourself.

My OS is presently going through DNOTS and last year at this time, I was doing the same.
This week I was experiencing many of the same "symptoms" that I was experiencing this time last year and at one point was seriously concerned that said symptoms were returning, ie multiple micro-mini strokes that were only stopped by undergoing a cardiac procedure.

Thank you, Infinity! ❤ This month is the "valentine's day" in Brazil. For many years in my life, I was suffering at this time by heartbreak. Either ending a relationship or trying to be in one. It looked like I was cursed. Well... this year I'm also struggling to be with my TF, but after this video, I'm thinking how much I've been sabotaging myself to not live this love that I'd never experienced before. Infinity.. my beloved dog passed away on 6th June.. it was horrible and i could have saved her.. feelings of guilt, shame, terror, and anxiety are not leaving me for days now.. i buried her with my own hands in the Ancient Mayan jungle where i live.. there are no words to express how incredibly deeply touching your words are each and every time.. I feel like I'm inside a labrinth of past traumas and pains & don't know how to get out of there..😢😭😥😢

Wow. This was a powerful reading. I was actually doing my signature meditation. And when I was done. I go on RUclips and see this reading. What’s interesting is that I have been feeling a form of internal anxiety especially upper body /chest area. Not in a bad way like before - years ago. This one feels more like excitement as if something is coming …. I do have a trip planes in July. I’m excited but not really thinking about it. So I don’t think I it’s that. I wonder if it’s the Chinese medicine herbs I’m drinking twice a day to heal my body. I do know that inner healing could be cleansing away stored trauma and residual from past dark night of souls / old patterns. I had that thought the other day. That physical trauma and experiences when rewired and reprogrammed have ways of being in the body. So I thought that perhaps I’m cleansing with the Chinese herbs I drink daily. I feel better with the herbs. It puts me in a calm state while healing me …. I do hope good things are on their way to me. Todays meditation was I’m worthy of love and everting I desire ….. thank you for this reading. Much appreciated !! I resonated.

Weird. I been clearing my throat often latley. I thought I was getting sick. I have unsettled feelings latley. Anxious feeling. I went to my usual grounding spot because it normally brings me peace . I feel not comfortable. I dont feel like me latley. I know it will pass but it does have me unsettled. I don't know where its coming from . 11:10 I do face my shadows. Sometimes unavoidably taken back to them or a triggered memory can bring you back to deal with these feelings or emotions. Im not fearful of being alone. At times it hard when your dealing with alot but sometimes you can be surrounded by people and still be alone . 🌸

Exactly a year ago, I was as betrayed and cheated on by a partner, the feelings that have been coming up of absolute fear of betrayal with the potential of any new romantic connection have been crippling. I wasn’t understanding why I was so consumed by these fears and insecurities. Now I see that I hadn’t fully processed the trauma from that relationship.
