I didn't know that Tharja had a family and that she cared about them. So much about these characters is learned from support conversations that we might not even see. I think we do her character a disservice when we think of her as just "ROBIN ROBIN ROBIN!!!"
Unfortunately, her character IS mostly "ROBIN ROBIN ROBIN" - at least until she gets farther in her support conversations. THEN her character is either less about Robin, or completely about someone else - although her NOT mentioning Robin at all in her supports is extremely rare. But those are the best supports for her, because in them she completely abandons an unhealthy obsession for a... somewhat healthy relationship? She still curses her significant other when she's ticked, and uses them as guinea pigs for experiments with new curses... so...
Darth Knightwing Phoenix Granted, her paired with Kellam ending talks about how she hadn’t given up her obsession with Robin, but personally, I like to imagine that it’s Tharja trying to track them down after they sacrificed themselves to stop Grima.
@@darthknightwingphoenix2081 if by not mentioning Robin at all you mean not in a single support in a chain, that’s fair. As for individual supports within chains, Tharja not mentioning Robin’s name at all is actually pretty common. For example: in Nowi’s support chain, Tharja asks for clippings to see her future with Robin in the C support, but in that support chain for B and A, Robin is completely dropped from the chain altogether. There are also several C-A supports that don’t mention Robin at all like with Virion, Ricken, Henry, and even Kellam here. I’ll be frank: it is a massive disservice to Tharja’s character by saying she’s nothing but a Robin simp. You can make that argument for Camilla in Fates since unlike Tharja, Camilla is talking about Corrin a lot in most of her supports (though like what you claim for Tharja, a lot of Camilla’s supports stop being about Corrin in later ones like with Niles. That said, it’s actually strangely more common for Camilla to not mention Corrin at all in several supports like Kaze, Hinoka, and both of her retainers. Emphasis on strange since she talks about Corrin a lot in the other supports.). That said, this argument can’t work on Faye since unlike Camilla and Tharja, she is literally nothing but an Alm simp.
I really like this pairing for the two characters, it'll strangely works. They're pretty adorable together and it makes sense with Noire's support about having a wimpy dad.
Kellam: "You've been so nice to me. I don't know how to repay you." Tharja: "Well, I was hoping you could use your stealth to kidnap Robin for me." Kellam: O_o
I...I think this is one of the few supports where she doesn't try to insert Robin into it at all. Like, not even a mention of him. So, that's a win in my book.
to this day I cant figure out, even with myself, if I ignore Kellam out of respect for how masterfully they pulled off his character, or simply because they masterfully pulled him off and therefore I keep not noticing him.

I think this one exemplifies what I don't like about the writing for a lot of these. Don't get me wrong I love these scenes a lot but we're supposed believe that these take place over several in game months and that the characters in question interact and develop their relationship extensively during that time but quite a few of these are written like these scenes are the only time they talk to each other. Robin x Maribelle mentions that Maribelle has been teaching Robin the aristocratic life for a long while before the S support. Robin x Panne however you could very easily believe takes place over the course of one afternoon.
I recommend looking at Nah and Inigo. Or anything of Peri's All of these are exponentially worse. I also like this support quite a bit, even if it's not my fav for either character.
Why was I so surprised to discover that Tharja has a family?
Because we want to learn more.
Kellam is quiet, noire is quiet, mom makes talismans, noire had a talisman to make her loud. This ship makes sense...

kellam's support convos are really good with pretty good with alot of the characters feels less rushed

Tharja really does have a heart of gold, huh...
Silver, really. Not pure, but it's got something.

I love learning more about Kellam. He's such a cool guy who deserves a lot more credit!
Diary of a wimpy knight: Mage days
This one was soooo cute. Especially that S support.
"Next time I'll turn you into a newt" Well, at least we'll be able to see that she's a witch.
As for Kellam? Don't worry, he'll get better XD
Glad to see some high culture
"Why do you care about my family? It's kind of creepy."
You're one to speak, Tharja.
I thought this was pretty cool since this is the only support where Tharja mentions her family
...2:57...Tharja of all people saying that makes me afraid for some reason...
Oh the humorous irony.
I didn't expect their supports to be that cute but whoa, i'm gonna pair them up now!
She does same for Gregor's lost brother: GREGOR!

2:54 How ironic is that statement.
Haha that's right! Even Kellam's support videos have less views than the other ones!
"Next time, I'll turn you into a newt." That's the 2nd Monty Python reference so far.
Were killer rabbits the other?
Gloomreach
“I got sharp pointy teeth!”
I headcanon that Holland is Kellam's brother.
You are not wrong
8:13 Plot twist: this is the same line that Chrom uses offscreen to marry the village maiden if you don't pair him up.

Speaking of which did you notice kellam on the game case
Kellam, the only Fire Emblem character more better at sneaking about than Tharja. LMFAO. XD
So I put these two on the battlefield... the only way I can adequately describe the result is NOSFER-TANKING WALL OF DEATH. That is all.

He's so nice! His chara ter & Stahl's are my favorite haha
Support convo A to support convo S - well that escalated quickly.
Awww how cute. XD
And then kellem disappeared and tharja stalked another man.
thx for this i would have nvr tried this pair lol
how da fock does anyone sneak around in bigass heavy armor!?
Do you think he is the ansector of metal gears snake.
I loved this pairing until they had kids. No one deserves a mother like that.
No comments, i guess it's because no one saw Kellam
Huh? Tharja was speaking to someone?
What? Who?
I didn’t see anyone.
She's a character that creepily stalks your avatar and you find it weird she's talking to herself? Riiiiiiiiiiiight...
Ahh, Touche'
This is a cute one, not Kellam and Nowi cute, but still good.
Why is Tharja talking to herself?
This... is the worst pairing in the history of... Everything.

I. Do not. Care.
This is bad.
And...
It's bad.
And it's dumb.
And the only good pairings with Tharja are her and Gaius or her and MU.
that's your opinion then. everyone has their own, so i'm perfectly fine with you not liking this pairing even though I personally love it. :)
I thought it was cute. :(
Tharja helped Kellam contact his lost brother, sounds nice to me.
Not even her with Henry?
