Ma-sha-Allah, a wonderful ode to Hindi oils. I have tried quite a few Hindi oils that had very little barn, hay or any animalic (if at all) in it. They are quite pleasant. But they don't speak to me like classically distilled Hindis. Classical are lot more complicated, multifaceted and pleasurable than those and other ouds from other regions. I especially adore my oils from Khagrachari (Chittagong Hill Tracts), Nagaland, Imphal, Manipur, Tripura and Srimangal-Sylhet areas. The way they unfold on skin is something special. The closest to these are the ones from Bhutan and Burma. I love all my oud oils as they have different purposes. However, if I am forced to pick only one, then it is Hindi. Not sure who said this or something similar - but "all oud oils leads to the Hindi" is an apt statement. جزاكم الله خيرًا يا أخي

I lately discover Grandenia from your collection, wich is a fantastic fragrance respect. As of now what i smell my favourite oud perfume is widian gold 1 aka al wasl. Здравствуйте! Уважаемые, не могли бы вы подсказать как можно у вас заказать пробники ваших ароматов? И когда планируется выход новых произведений? Благодарю Вас! Всего хорошего!
Firstly, its important to note that no one ever distilled pure wild kinam oil to the best of my knowledge. Secondly, its all about how oil makes you feel and not its quality or rarity that makes its better. Thirdly, it really depends on your definition of "better" :)
You shall try different ouds and find the ones you like the most. Not necessarily it will be the most expensive ones. Sandalwood we have at feel-oud.com over 20 years old lab tested pure 75$ 2.5gr
It depends on many variables - your mood, the temperature, humidity, and importantly what you eat. (because of the smell of your sweat.) I have many different ouds and some I mix with other scents and others I wear alone. Papua NG oud is mind blowing if you like leather and polished wood notes. I also love rich, barnyard Hindi ouds.
While watching the video I was looking at feel oud website and I thought that Jardin de Assam would correspond to what you describe as your favorite type of oud oil, but then you said that you personally never destiled such an oil 😕 Please let us know if that happens and/or if you can recommend such a good quality oil from another destiller?
Welcome. Yes indeed Jardine de Assam is the closest to this type of oud oil. But it is just a level one according to it's quality and price. As you can see it is extremely affordable for a pure oud oil. Indeed a great introduction to classical Indian ouds. Not every oud oil offered at feel-oud.com distilled by us. We also source oud oils from other reputable and trustworthy distillers just like any other oud vendors. Russian Adam and Bortnikoff do distill oud oils. Often those are pricey oils as we use higher quality agarwood. Now all the oils we distilled are sold out. More coming soon.
