I had a big candle wax patch in one of my party frocks. it's silk. so i was scared at first. But i did it anyways and it worked well. it all disappeared and wasn't harder even. just took me about 5 minutes. Thank you very much.

Mary Koles probably should check the label, as some stretchy materials are made from plastic like polyester and shouldn't be ironed...
