It's totally depends on a State CM vs an IAS-IPS. There have no role any Party's MP or MLA they don't have any Power to taking an action against an IAS or IPS. Yes MP or MLA they can only suggest for an enquiry to there Home Ministry or CM if there is found something wrong then. But an IAS-IPS have huge power to taking an direct action against any Party's MP or MLA but noone use their Power direct all rules are followed by there Home Ministry dept. So that's why This is the most Powerful Post & Job.
