Thanks for reviewing! It's clear you've put more thought and effort in than I really even expected, with yourself having run the blaster in a war already and also building and testing various configurations (from the HvZ spec to the BB ultrastock spec, PCAR to two different BCARs).
On the BCAR being tight: it's one of my own biggest gripes too, I didn't realize just how tight it was until people had already put together their own flywheel cages, as it was unfortunately my first BCAR design. I probably should have made a change back then, but by now, so many people have built out cages and it doesn't feel fair to them to rug pull compatibility with a new, wider BCAR design. 3x6x3 bearings are something a local to me has tried out as well, and seeing your experiences with it, that might push me over the edge to change the BOM to 3x6x3 bearings. Getting better velocity consistency is vital in my book, especially in competitive where you often only have someone's head to shoot at and velocity spread would make the difference between having a good shot at getting a hit or just needing to hope you get lucky.
Will be writing down that the PCAR seems like the better performer for minimizing velocity loss. I had a beta version that was tighter, longer in length, and twisted. It bled the most velocity by far, bringing a 205~ dual Kepler build down to 170~, and I designed the current version to minimally affect FPS as a result. However, since then, most of the feedback I've heard on the PCAR has just amounted to "it seems like it works" and this is a bit more useful to know than just that. Also interesting on the darts seeming to spin, maybe they're just whirling a bit (but still staying stable)?
The longer (and loose) muzzle device being weird with the 2-stage variant is something I kind of forgot about until now, there haven't been many builds. My thought process was to allow you to use the same muzzle devices between the single and dual-stage variants, but that might be naively optimistic. Shorter 2-stage variants are a consideration, and they'd still work in a single-stager if you're willing to undo the front pin to make it loose enough to shake the attachment out.
Other details: the solenoid variant, which is in open beta, has a lot more space inside the grip for miscellaneous electronics/MOSFETs. Now that you mention it, the same thing would be a good modification to the geared pusher.

Is the full-length magwell still in the works, as well? Any chance for top loading either dart length?

Very slick, especially printed in that filament.

That color looks horrendous it makes me cry 😭
Is the color scheme modular, too?😊

It’s not that chrono’s are inconsistent / inaccurate / variable. It’s that they can’t read foam dart ammo consistently, due to the nature of the ammo. Chrono’s aren’t designed to read foam dart velocities. 🤓

Great video, I’m I the in the building process myself. All the hardware is overwhelming and the instructions are ok but I wish we had a build video. I’ll get it done but I can’t wait to finish mine.

I'd say it's more like pro-tee-uhn but maybe that's just British vs US.
