A Rolley is when you hit the ball at the lowest part of the wall and it completely rolls off the wall and your opponent can't get it. theres 3 different ways to hit the handball that you need to PRACTICE. Underhand, Side Arm, and Top hand. A whip is where you pull the ball and let it go with a strong twist so it can break the opponent sometimes. adds extra speed but not from the back. A cut is when you twist the ball making the ball turn into a direction the opponent won't be expecting. you can also punch the ball as well on a serve if you like or during a top hand or side arm swing.
