Nice video. Thanks a lot. Glad you made your connection. BA is always so-so, as is their PE product. What puts me off is the charge for advanced seat selection. Even for the worst seats! Thanks for your efforts!

Looks absolutely great! Nice legroom. May I ask - What was the green stuff on your food plate next to your pot roast?

I have to make the flight LAX to LHR in the New Year and just the thought of an 11 hr flight nightime just is daunting. I am 6'2" is Premium Economy Ok for some as tall as me? 11 hours though...urg. just cannot do regaulr economy for such a long flight...thank you.

I think the WT+ seats (or similar PE seats with other airlines) are great for tall people. At least much better than regular economy.

Dude, go for it. If you can get a BA credit card you can get miles and upgrade one way for free. Join the Executive Club, book Economy and upgrade to WT+. Life's too short to be miserable on a 12 hour flight.

Hopefully I can go on A350 someday. I was scheduled on A350 1000 with Virgin to Los Angeles in September but was changed to B787-9

Absolutely loved the pretzels in WTP, actually liked the whole experience. The double baggage allowance is well worth the price of the seat.

Does the 26K seat fully recline? There are warnings on some seat guides that the back row don’t. Is there also a bassinet on the other side in economy? Thanks

    • @Srananbloke

The seat does fully recline. Don’t know about the bassinet though

@@ricardosam8050 very smooth flight. i really enjoyed it upstairs in premium. nice room on window seat with extra storage. downside is the double window gap. cant get great shots of outside.

How were the seats in the last row, did they recline fully without the bulkhead getting in the way?

    • @Srananbloke

How did you manage to stand up with them seats in front so far back.
Think it’s ridiculous how seats can go that far back.
I flew premium economy last month to the states on Virgin.Service was great and the seats where has far back as that.

Manual safety demo due to the part of oxygen mask. the video didnt mention removing your face mask before putting it on.

    • @gparyani

Is that so? I thought it had something to do with their sponsorship agreement with Comic Relief (co-producer of their safety video) expiring, meaning they couldn't use it anymore for copyright reasons, and them not having an A350 version of their prior (animated) video produced or loaded on the plane.

Looked a pretty reasonable flight, food and service looked pretty good, certainly compares well with other carriers on that route. Lots of people like to criticise British Airways but that's a legacy left by the disaster that was Willy Walsh.

I used to fly B.A, Premium Economy until they very wisely upgraded me to Business on one trip and then I was hooked! My regular flight is an 11.5 hour stint and I’m a bad sleeper in economy so Business is literally a dream for me. Recently I’ve ditched B.A. for KLM,/Air France not because they were bad, far from it but KLM offer me a better deal and I’m prepared for the stopover to save a reasonable amount of money. Overall I think it’s definitely worth the extra to fly Upper rather than normal economy and I know on some routes Business can be ridiculously expensive.

I think your comment at 1:49 should be amended to say "post Brexit". Covid really did not have anything to do with with the clusterf&$k that transferring in LHR at the moment has become. All of those transfer issues which are unnecessary and could have completely been avoided and are costing BA and other airlines millions. Otherwise, great video, excellent aircraft and those meals/service all looked quite nice! Can't wait to fly this aircraft! Thanks for sharing.

      @Srananbloke  Год назад +1

Yep. They serve a small snack and drink before the main course. And during the flight you can get snacks and drinks in the back 👍🏽
