Word god should be replaced with the word love, or law. People tend to misunderstand what the word god actually means...they usually imagine an old guy with gray beard, and it all looks kinda silly. But if you understand that love is our salvation you can truly be saved. There are 2 ways to live, and those are with love and without love. Each can be effective but the loving way is true, and it is unbreakable, and if the way without love shatters, if people who believe that love is not important and that helping each other is pointless realize what they have done, they will be really hurt.
I get that you mean that God is love and the word love may replace God but then God is a person whereas love is more of a concept or action. So by using the word love, you may miss out on the personhood of God. Just some thoughts XD
