On Step 5: How do you move just the zoomed portion? when I click and drag it, the entire image is moving instead of just the zoomed portion.
To reposition the crop area, drag the edges or corners of the crop rectangle

I guess you should have added that holding the shift while scaling will scale it uniformly. Just a suggestion.
I wish powerpoint would just add this as a feature. It comes up all the time.

Wow.... so friggin' complicated for what should be a 2 or 3 step process. Hmmm...I'll have to watch this like 5 or 6 times just to follow along...I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer...LOL
