Ball Exercises for Babies

  • Lorena Vargas, Physical Therapist, shares exercises to stimulate your baby using an exercise ball. Take the time to wait for your baby's response to each movement or stimulus, before you continue with the next exercise. These exercises can be done 2 to 3 times a week and can be included as part of a routine with other exercises and play time activities.
    Remember that each baby is different and their individual development should be celebrated!
    You can also do these exercises if your baby has low muscle tone, and to prevent torticollis and/or flat head.

    Se puede hacer a un bebé de 1 mes en la pelota

      Si se puede empezar desde el día primero en el pecho de los padres y en la pelota para empezar a estirar los músculos de al frente del bebé y fortalecer los músculos de la espalda y los glúteos importantes para voltearse, gatear y pararse. Gracias por escribirnos!
