Coming here three years late to point out that you incorrectly marked the artist as Trammell Starks. Although he has made some songs for the Weather Channel local forecasts which were subsequently used for Weatherscan, this track is not one of them. It is not currently known who produced this track, unfortunately, but it ain't Mr. Starks.
@@icbpiano Yeah, it's a common misconception I've seen when discussing Weatherscan tracks. Sorry for following wall of text :P Truth is that when Weatherscan first aired in 1999, every track used was composed by Starks, but as the channel modernized and updated, more tracks (likely stock music for most) were added, replacing much of the original Starks tracks. This went on until 2008 after the sale of the Weather Channel to NBCUniversal's group, who stopped changing tracks. What remained for the rest of Weatherscan's history were 33 tracks, 6 of which were surviving Starks tracks: tracks 5, 9, 15, 21, 27, and 31. TL;DR: Weatherscan started with all Starks tracks, time went on and some of them were replaced with mostly stock music, tracks stop being replaced in 2008, 6 Starks tracks remained.

can you make the sheet music available? i think i could help you out with the tricky parts.
I didn't use sheet music. I honestly just posted what I learned so far. I never got to fully learn it. (I learned it by ear.)
@@icbpiano do you think you could... transcribe it?
@@imaksta I'll see what I can do.
