My body lotions and moisturizing oils after showering with an exfoliating bamboo glove, range from Aveeno to Gold Bond. The first time I saw this video I was like okay bet and went and brought the #3 toner and softening serum, then after I felt like I was seeing some results I brought the brightening lotion and the serum for dark marks.
To achieve smooth, glowing skin: 1 - Staying hydrated is key. It helps. Try to consume at least 2 liters water every day. 2 - Daily, I cleanse my face with riceeberry face wash from litleextra. Although I occasionally skip this step due to impatience. It works but you need to apply it daily atleast once. 3 - I stay away from all types of soap. 4 - I stay away from junk food. 5 - I do 30 minutes of exercise everyday. All together, these actions contributed to achieving my healthy, glowing skin free from acne, dark spots, and pimples.
