I think this is very rude about german culture , its called Schuhplattler and its quite hard to pull of if you are not in sync you can hear every mis-slap. In my oppinion they did a good job even if it doesn't fit your likings but please reconsider talking in bad mouth about other cultures, i think you wouldnt want the same to happen to yours either.

Altough being very traditional and conservative, the bavarian people is quit tolerant.

@@wwgtraveler3829 No, is not! If i dance an african, asian, south American don't means the dances are european just because i' m european! The same for that german folk dance, is not hetero or gay! In this case the men are gay!

If you read carefully the headline you will see that the word "Bavarian" is the first word, I didn't mentioned anything about Asian or African style dance.
If it's a folk dance or traditional dance I have no idea, I'm not bloody German.
I ask someone to tell me about it but he was not good in English and he was also very drunk to explain to me exactly what that dance was about and he mentioned a German word and was hard for me to understand if it was the name of the dance or the name of the dancers.
Part of that word was "schwu" which means "gay".
Fact was that the dancers were gay and you said "it's a Bavarian traditional folk dance by gay"
So that's the difference with my headline "Bavarian gay Dance..?

To make my self clear I am not referring to the song or the music.
It may be a traditional folk music but I'm referring to the action of the dance with gay men in Bavarian lether outfits
