Hi Marco! Just wanted to say love the content and love the chemistry between everyone. Usually don’t give unsolicited advice, but I watch all your videos and want to see you grow as a player (being a player myself). I noticed a lot of the times your approach is one tempo and recently I’ve noticed the blockers getting more accustomed to your hitting. You jump plenty high already, but I think if you come in with more pace with your last two steps, you can still jump high, but beat the blockers to the ball as well. As you get higher level, the pace of the game gets faster and so I think learning this early will propel you to new heights! I’ve recently picked up playing middle so I’ve been learning to increase my tempo to be way more dynamic and explosive. I use to have a one tempo approach, but recently been getting to the ball faster. Not coming from any hate or disrespect, just wanted to give advice from one player trying to reach new levels to another :D (i’m still learning to increase my tempo too since i’m late to the ball) 😅

What i like about your content is that you never place the blame on others. Even when you know it's not your fault, or someone else couldn't pull what you needed from them, you only blamed yourself. That's hard to do. Keep up the hard work and good content.
Something that might help your blocking Marco is after the setter sets to your man, don't track the ball and track the hitter instead. It looks like your feet get to the pins and then the hitter comes into view for you so you compensate by reaching to one side with your body. Instead of blocking like this | , you're blocking like this / [@54:18] so you're losing height on the ball and possibly confusing the backrow.

As I understand it, they have 2 hours to play 5 sets. Even if a team wins 3-0 or 3-1, they still play 5 sets (with the 5th set to 15, win by 2) if time permits. Teams earn a point for every set won. In this case, the other team won 3-1 but they still played the 5th set, which SDBR won 17-15 so they'll earn 2 points from this match.
