Bought this for my friend for his birthday, and he loves it. Father-in-law was a little jealous, even. :) Built solid, but light enough to move around for projects. Easy to use ruclips.net/user/postUgkxPeGkHOMe05FySypTOvYumxMn-xi39oRe and makes great precision cuts. Doesn't come with a laser mount, but the fence is straight as an arrow and if you measure carefully, it's not a problem. Can handle dimensional lumber with ease, but of course, there's a limit to how thick. Handled a 4x4" post without a problem, but 4x6" we had to flip and cut twice. Only thing we've noticed is make sure to tighten the nut that holds the saw blade when you take it out of the box and maybe check up on it occasionally. For some, this is probably a no-brainer, but we neglected to do this and a few months in, found the motor running but the blade spinning at about half speed or less. Tightened the nut, and problem was solved. Very happy with this purchase. Dewalt makes sturdy stuff.

For 40 quid I couldn't leave it in Lidl. I already have their mitre saw and many other tools. I first checked my Axminster catalogue as they are my main supplier but sadly they want over 90 quid for an almost identical product. My advice is to stop hair splitting and dithering and go and buy one. Good clear video helps with quick assembly.
used mine to fit out a shipping container, no wobble at at all, more weight the sturdier it is.

Radšej som kúpil, ja niesom moc kamarát so zváračkou,tvoja vyzerá robustnejšie a praktickejšie keďže sa dajú upevniť aj dva stroje naraz .Inak pekne zvarená konštrukcia.

Hello, from 4:50, you mounted a planer on your stand. Is the upper plate large enough to fix the 4 screws which are spaced approximately 50cm apart? Or did you only attach 2 of the 4 screws?

Quel dommage d'ajouter ces musique lamentables. Ça oblige à couper le son. C'est pourtant mieux d'entendre le son direct de ce qui est fait à l'écran. Je mets quand-même un pouce pour le travail effectué.

WARNING! The product seen here is model "PUG 1600 A1" The model Lidl are currently selling is "PUG 1600 B2". The quality of the new model is shit in comparison. The current model no longer made by Scheppach but by Grizzly Tools GmbH. Most notably there are no full length welds, it is only tack welded together and my one has started popping apart already during assembly. Not a single complete weld on the entire main frame assembly. Taking mine back to Lidl tomorrow. Shame 🙄

Assist je len hobby, aj keď zvládne toho dosť, bez krytu sa dajú hobľovať hrubšie hranoly: ruclips.net/video/nyOFlbrVHyw/видео.html ,dewalt je uz lepšia kvalita, ale k tej by som sa choval s rešpektom :)
@@kukomio tak jako i ten DeWALT je pořád hobby, tak těžko říct, je to přece jen dvojnásobná cena. Pěkné sis to vymyslel :-)
why do the people demoing these ALWAYS wear gloves and why not fit the saw direct to the green cross pieces
The green cross bars are not at the same height as the lowest level of the rollers so it is best to have a piece of Timber of52mm thick on top. Then you can make your stand multi purpose for laying long planks on it. You can also drill it accurately with holes to fix dogs etc

Brand of the planer is Asist (AE4H200D)- ruclips.net/video/nyOFlbrVHyw/видео.html , but you can buy it only in the Czech or Slovak Republic . Similar product is dewalt DW733 or DW734
