Beyond LEITNER | GD10 Hoadlbahn I+II

In the spirit of sustainability and improved comfort, the Axamer Lizum underwent extensive modernization in 2022. A new gondola lift with two sections was built at the former Olympic venue near Innsbruck, with an impressive
mountain station, which was built right next to the existing Hoadlhaus. Together with the CD4 "Schönbodenbahn" and the two fixed-grip 2-seater chairlifts "Hoadl I" and "Hoadl II", the new "Hoadlbahn" replaces 3 installations in the area, reducing the number of towers from 44 to 18. The LEITNER DirectDrive makes another important contribution to even greater sustainability, less maintenance and maximum noise reduction. The new system now transports guests from the parking lot to the highest point in the ski area within 6 minutes. The 75 spacious Diamond EVO cabins, which offer a 360° panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and the Inn Valley, ensure maximum passenger comfort.
