    Listening to you Mandy and I must say that I have the impression that you are trying to portrait the Visa officer in a very positive & humble light as if they are all sweet, understanding adorable human beings who just want to help you and want to find reasons to say "yes".. if you guys were Canadians then I would believe you.. but as much as I know Americans that just isn't true one bit!
    I can bet if you guys had to make a chart of all the No-s & Yes-s your agents give out.. then you'll notice certain agents who give out way more NO-S then the norm.. these are the people who are just grumpy bad intentioned individuals.. they didn't take on this job to serve anyone but instead they like it because they feel powerful!
    I can tell you there are a lot of just malicious people out there who want such jobs where they feel they have a bit of power to screw someone's life.. and when they can they do it!
    they had a fight with their spouse they'll make all the applicants of the day pay for it, you look like their high school ex who cheated on them you'll pay for it, you remind them of the that girl at their last work who called them fat.. you will be done for, if the agent is ugly and she is jealous of you because you are pretty.. then she'll just hand you a NO etc etc..
    and I think you guys are a bunch of softhearts because you care enough to wanna help us
    however maybe to be more efficient you might want to recruit some of those evil and malicious ones out there so they could provide us with some insight about how to deal and tackle people like them.. agents who don't smile or have a rude attitude right off the bat, agents who are grumpy or are just bad people like them .. you get my point I hope

    Hello Team Agro,
    I'm an F2 Visa applicant. Previously, I have been denied Visa. However, I have applied for another one(F2). In my previous interview, VO asked of what I do as job and I said I'm a fashion designer, although I wrote "learning fashion designing " in my DS-160.
    I sense this might be one of the red flags.
    Please, guide me on a better way to package my job?
    Secondly, I indicated I'll be staying for 6 months whereas my I-20 reads 2021-2026. This, I guess, could be another red flag. Please guide/advise me on how to go about those grey areas in my next interview. Thanks.

    Hi Dear,
    I have been refused 4 times an F1 Visa 6 years ago. My case was not strong as it is today, I have got that moment accepted as a student to study ESL at Georgia Tech. After that, I went to apply for a job and thanks to my previous volunteer work experience as a Translator helped me out to be hired as a Translator and Interpreter. Since then I have worked for two years with two jobs responsibilities external commercial agent and translator. And Currently, I am working in another company with the same responsibilities as previous. Now I have 6 years of work experience in the business environment which I found very interesting from that moment on I decided to apply for a BBA and I got accepted to pursue my bachelor's at Hult International Business School in Boston.
    Do you think it will affect my case?
    Financially, I have a scholarship, Loan approved that is already distributed to my school, my savings, and my sponsor support which is more than the amount listed on my I-20.
    Does this help with my visa application?

    • @ArgoSocial
      @ArgoSocial  2 года назад +1

      You’ve go the makings of a strong case. But you have the gap in your studies, which is going to be their main point of concern. We can help you with that.

    My class start date is on August 9, 2022. and the earliest visa interview appointment date I got in my country (Ethiopia) is on August 9, 2022, after requesting an expedited interview. I have contacted my admission representative but they were not able to extend my class start date. Does applying for a visa in a different country and discarding this interview affect my chance to get the visa. for example, I am planning to apply for my visa in Dubai.
