Facts. My ex would often just stare at me and then say that I’m way too good for him. But he also said he was “at the end of his ropes” after he triggered me to the point when I would explode of anger, toward the end of our relationship. When I put my foot down and said he was being so toxic that my well being was at stake, he gave me a silent, evil glare.

At 48 41. You share how these narc break the flow bc they hypnotize you. I believe my mom was either extremely emotionally inadequate, or a covert narc. N i believe her behind the scene manipulation n dads verbal abuse made me vulnerable to finding communities of ppl who barely tolerated me or used me n were manipulating n different kinds of narcissists
