I bought the ninja masterprep professional when I lived elsewhere some years ago but now there are parts of it missing and I don't know how to replace them. I'm disappointed. I really like it. I'm in Melbourne in Australia.

My grandmother bought me one of these 11 years ago and I had to throw it because mice got in one of my cabinets and everything went in the garbage. It still worked like brand new! Anyway I’m just searching on which one I should buy there’s so many of them now! I’m mad this didn’t happen a year or two ago when they had pink ones! I can only find refurbished pink ones now!
Why is the one I just got at Walmart only have four blades rather than the 6? Works great, but now I feel like I got screwed out of the two top blades.
Not at all happy with Ninja. Bought a NJ602 and the rubber seal turns to gum. Not only did they just ignore the problem, they don't make the rubber seal available....nor a whole lid for the processor. Good Idea...lousy customer service. Do not recommend this manufacturer, nor their products.

Does multi blade technology helps in dry ingredients grinding too or just used for wet ingredients. Plz reply. As I’m thinking to buy it.

There are different sizes depending on which machine you have. They come in 2, 4, and 6.
