I am sorry i have to pause your video..i have to feed my sparrow chick..i rescued 2 days before....she\he is so amazing..very intelligent and recognise me as her\his mumma or sister....i had also rescued 2 dove chicks before..and then released them into the wild..

Well said. it is incomprehensible that anyone can view another as simply a 'thing' but sadly many humans do so for their own children. We live in a very apathetic world :( And yes - we can make, and even buy, ANYTHING that 'normally' has eggs in it, vegan. Always healthier and cruelty free.

I am seriously considering to be a vegan. I have been a vegetarian now for 2 weeks and feel great.
Could you please state your opinion on "cage free" eggs and alternative food to eggs. Eggs have high nutritional value and constitute one of the most complete sources of nutrition, so if you could suggest alternate to eggs, that would be amazing. Thank you. :)

I wonder why our politicians and prime minister does not know this and why they do not make strict laws on these industries. It is very difficult to stop all people to stop eating eggs. People who can actually stop this they should know this and act. It is high time to just impose the decision of not eating eggs or chickens on each and every person.

In my neighborhood may be I am the only person who had turned vegan .. frst i had become a vegetarian .. then now a vegan .. i cant take the cries of these chickens .. plz tell me what i can do to stop it ...

Sir, there are so many things which are not necessary at all but still we consume it, so I think we must push ourselves for free range chicken farming as practicable solution even government also may help in this agenda. Still breeding is problem but can be address further rather than say no to chicken at all.

when some news about cruelty is being discussed or being reported, how can the reporter afford to smile???? she takes this report as some "news" just like the poultry industry takes the chicks as some "commodity." Seems like this reporting is 'her' commodity!!!!!??!!!!! All we discussed here is the "sensitivity" of humans towards all other living beings. what about her sensitivity??????? Can we all report the death of our any family or friends with such a great smile, even though death is a very natural phenomena??? Sensitivity Sensitivity Sensitivity. Here, the issue is NOT the Actions. The real issue is the "SENSITIVITY" of humans !!!
What i don't understand from your video is how can avoid breeding chickens or livestock? Is agriculture without animal manure even possible today? No.
What you suggest to do with the existing chickens? Leave them in the wild? That doesn't seems to be a good idea.
Breeding for eggs is unnecessary sure, but chicken or any other animal manure is a necessary thing.
Instead of asking people to go Vegan, why can we fight for ethical farming. Am sure not all egg farms are doing the same and there farms with ethical processes too. Killing is killing and that means plants too. i would argue for a law with which unethical farming can be reported just like the way govt banned harmful pesticides and fertilizers.
senthil kumar I agree with you except for that ‘plant killing is killing too’. The point of veganism is not to harm sentient beings and plants don’t come under that... and even if they do feel pain,those animals would anyway eat much more plants to survive...why don’t we eat directly then?
Propagating ones thought of going vegan is an individual perspective and i respect that, i won't oppose that but i would still argue for a fight towards ethical farming which i don't think is happening. I hope and wish the Author of this video is doing that as that seems to be the priority for Arvind. I would certainly support that by any means, but i won't be able to do that myself as i have my priorities in a different order. As how veganism is defined there is also definition of food cycle where one organism eaten by another. In this world all creatures are the same, some are mighty, and some are not. Being carnivores or herbivores depends on each one. Hope and wish these cruelties comes to a stop
@@senthilkumar-dj9cw It is practically impossible to ethically farm animals and also keep up with the current demand for meat. When we talk about Ethical farming, the process of getting meat takes a longer time compared to factory farming. Additionally the costs of meat is cheaper using factory farming. Over a long period , it's just not sustainable. We the people drive the demand for meat, If overnight (hypothetically) 50% of the current meat eating population or more vow never to eat meat again , then there could be a way to push for ethical farming to supply for the other 50% but at a higher cost. The cons of eating meat far outweigh the pros. Leaving meat and diary is the best step forward with regards to a better environment and better health and to preserve ecological balance in nature.
@@chetanv1298 Sounds good with stopping meat but with stopping dairy but am worried about Calcium, vitamin D, vitamin A, vitamin E, proteins, folate, B1, B2, B6, and B12. Where will i get these ? Only very few greens have vitamin B9 and most of the essential elements mentioned are available only in Dairy and Meat products. So supplements are the only way to get these ?
@@senthilkumar-dj9cw You actually don't have to worry about any vitamins except B12, which you might have to take supplements for. Full disclosure, I am not a vegan. I stopped eating meat and eggs around 6 months ago and I am slowly transitioning into veganism. The best way to learn about the pros and cons is to educate ourselves looking at both sides of the picture and making an educated choice. In a nut shell, so far what I have understood is that ultimately going vegan will have a huge positive impact on the environment and our personal health. Feel free to do your own research and make an informed decision.
Bro I think eggs are vegan because hens are able to produce eggs (*infertile) even in the absence of roosters.....so obviously you are not killing a creature....
backyard chicken eggs are not vegan if you can eat something else. taking an egg from a hen sends a signal to produce another egg which depletes her nutrient stores (calcium).
Chickens may still want to eat those eggs to recover nutrition lost in making more eggs.

Eggs that come from factory farms is a brutual reality. Not all farms do such cruelty. I have been vegan for 4 years and lost my health. Low in iron, b12. I ate supplements and did everything i could do and fainted one day coz of malnutrition. Vegans are just focused on slaughterhouses and never pay attention to ethical farming. Can you see the state of this guy in the video. Do you think i should take advice from. Someone who has sunken eyes and withering away slowly. If i sound rude, then i apologize

My 2300 calorie target cronometer diary reads 400% iron without any supplements (vegans have to aim for x2 to x4). Consuming Vitamin C also boosts iron absorption.
B12 should be available not only in tablets and spray but also in intravenous form.
@@GeneralArmorus First, I dont intend to make fun of anyone. What I meant here is that, sadly, face and exterior does reflect your inner health. I have dark circles that are going away at a slow rate, ever since I went back to real iron. Human body utilizes the already stored reserves, meaning all that real thing you ate all your life. As the reserves exhaust, yiur body goes into fight or flight. If our parents were vegan, we would not have been here. He should be teaching people on how to choose the best eggs instead of chucking them off of the diet. He should educate people on ethical sources of food. If Arvind thinks that wheat and vegetables are innocent food groups then he needs a reality check. He is under weight and more than that, if a real doctor sees he will suggest iron pills to him but vegans would eat medicines because they care less about environment. All those supplements are animal tested, no matter what is on the paper. But anyways, eat what pleases you but atleast one should always educate oneself. All of a sudden, the best protein sources are bad for us? Really? We should know and realize that bioavailability of nutrients are important too. All those slaughter houses are inhumane but you can go for farms. He is just feeding us with same thing which is everywhere. Meat eaters are criminals wow.
Why do you have a complicated definition for "Eggs are not Vegan". Just plant an Egg and let us pour water and fertilizer. If it grows like a plant, we do agree that Egg is a Vegan. Actually speaking, it is nothing but a mensuration of a chicken.
