I recently read a book by a famous scholar/philosopher named Julian Baggini. The short form of his findings was that freedom is not given but earned. I thought about it long and hard and came to realize how our thoughts create our reality:
There are only 3 things I (the awake conscious ego "I") can control:
- What I pay attention to determines (to a large extent) what I experience. This is sometimes described as "mental radar".
- How I interpret my experience determines (to a large extent) what my thoughts/feelings are about the experience.
- How I react to my experience determines to a large extent) the course of my life.
Most people do not actually experience free will because all 3 of these things are automatic (knee jerk, autopilot) although they are almost entirely under one's control. This is partly what people mean about "being present" or "mindful".
After several months, I've demonstrated the truth of this reasoning to myself repeatedly.

Could you share the source of images which are used in this video?
Rather than reprogramming my subconscious mind with the desires of my conscious mind, why not do the opposite? Why not discover what my subconscious wants? My subconscious is the larger, older, and more powerful part of my mind. So I could conclude that it's more representative of real "me", and that my conscious mind is largely an artificial social construct. My unconscious mind includes my instincts, and therefore reflects my true nature. There's no point in obtaining all the things that my conscious mind wants if they go against my true nature, thereby causing me unhappiness.
Throughout my adult life, I've almost always gotten everything that I wanted. And most of the time, it made me miserable. There's no good in fulfilling your desires unless you know which ones to fulfill and which ones to avoid. Some people make the mistake of pursuing purely hedonistic whims. Some people adopt the goals of others, conforming to a role that goes against their true nature. Neither path leads to happiness. One must truly know oneself- know one's own strengths and weaknesses, talents, and get honest about the highest summit and lowest abyss of one's own nature. Only then can one know which desires to pursue and which ones to reject.
Perhaps this is a collaboration between AI and “SI” (Spiritual Intelligence) ?

Love is a broad term ONLY in worldly terms.
Love, in it's true sense, is the manifestation towards the world that surrounds you, of that which you wish to experience - it's the energy that created the Universe for the purpose of experiencing itself.
You don't need nor ever needed anything nor anyone except you, to truly KNOW, what love is, because once you become preoccupied by the essence of love, you'll seek it and you'll find that the love that you can manifest towards the world is within you.
Once found, you'll be left with one divine desire - to give love unto this world.
In every relational situation with another being, human or not, ask yourself - what I would like to be thought, said or done unto me by the other - and once you find the answer that heals, comforts and uplifts you - think, say and do that unto the other.
Do this as often as you can and at some point you'll find yourself on the path of mastering the highest gift - LIFE.
The meaning of love has been shifted and perverted by a world drowned in selfishness, for its egoistic interests and also for the purpose of hiding its true meaning.
Living for the sake of living is a good indicator that one's focus is on the undesirable aspects of life, but undesirable or not the aspects that get one's focus are inevitably manifesting in his reality.
The ONLY thing that is required to shift your REALITY, is to shift your focus.
Shift your focus on the aspects of life that bring you truth, joy and love and seek to share those aspect with others through your thoughts, words and deeds.
