Sell offs are healthy for a pause and regroup - lets ppl in that missed on the trending winners, and build a larger base of investors. Earnings in a hot economy should prevail.
I'm thinking of putting some cash in stocks, I was at Salt Shack and I overheard some friends saying it's ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? I’ve been sitting on over $545K equity from a home sale and I’m not sure where to go from here, is it a good time to buy into stocks or do I wait for another opportunity?
The safest approach I feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown. it's important to seek the guidance of an expert.
@@ThomasLee-yn3xu The reason I decided to work closely with a brokerage adviser ever since the market got really tense and the pressure became so much(I should be retiring in 17months) so I've had a brokerage adviser guide me through the chaos, its been 9months and counting and I've made approx. 650K net from all of my holdings.

Going lower for sure. I think the January low is a good place to start nibbling in. Valuations are very high. I get that conditions are good but there is no need to pay 36 times for Microsoft. Where are people seeing growth to justify that? Microsoft earnings will be a catalyst for more selling. Start nibbling around the January lows and dollar cost in through earnings season up to the week before Nvidia earnings, which should be close to the bottom
!My outlook on money changed when I realized someone making $300,000 can retire broke & someone making $80,000 can retire a multi-millionaire.. With the current market movement, you have $100,000 to invest. Where are you investing it?
Money advice varies, what works for one may not for another, but planning is key. Exposed to personal finance early, I started working at 19, bought my first home at 28, faced job loss at 36 during COVID. Consulting a CFP helped grow my finances. Currently, I'm 25% short of my $5m goal..
I believe a healthy portfolio has 3 things, at the bare minimum: Exposure to ETFs for increased diversification, Exposure to assets that generate cash flow like dividend stocks, Exposure to market-leading tech. Thanks to Andras Bohm, my advisor..
Yes, Andras Bohm made headlines in 2020, but I'm not sure if I can bring him up in this context. he manages my portfolio and acts as a counselor for me..

Wait for earnings they’ll be unbelievably good and after that you’ll never buy Nvidia under 1000 again

LOL, these people trying to make this a good sign for the "market." It's getting worse there by the day. What is this lady talking about?
It's not even the Magnificent 7. TSLA is falling off a cliff. If Nvidia even gets mild diarrhea, the remaining 5 also go down.
