I like how you aren't afraid to go over the flaws. You could buy this and put the money into it that it needs and still come out cheaper than a brand new muscle car!!
Convenience cost $$$. Could you find this car cheaper?? yup.. eventually. How many phone calls, miles chasing around looking?? Only to find out it’s not at all what was listed. I have no idea who this cat is, but after years of sourcing vehicles, you could buy this over the phone and there’d be zero surprises. Nice job sir !!!!
I had one from 1990-2000 and it was a fantastic experience. I still have dreams about driving it around, from the beaches up and down the coast of California to the canyons in the San Gabriel mountains. Too many memories to count. It had the urethane nose extension and the OE style rear spoiler, centerline wheels, pioneer stereo with 6x9 rear speakers and door panel speakers, painted in beautiful red.
I believe that this was originally an automatic. The center of the gauge cluster shows gear selection indicators. This is blank on a manual equipped Camaro.
I follow your channel daily and enjoy your videos! I've been working on cars a long time. The Camaro is a good looking car, but it needs a lot of work to restore! $26,900 is high for the amount of work to be done. Is your price negotiable?
Not a real slit bumper car. Only the rally sport package cars came from the factory with the split bumper. The way to tell them apart is the turn signals on the rally sport cars are located between the front headlights and the grill and the grill is extended and the non rally sports have the turn signals under the headlights and the grill’s not extended like this car. This car came from the factory with a bumper that went all the way across. Still a great car
@@glenclifton4563 Ain't nothin' wrong with a 10 bolt posi. They rarely break. My 72 Firebird w/455 and 4-speed is not slow, and my 10 bolt handles the abuse well.
Nice ride, Nick. My brother had a 3 speed back in the day, and he blew 3 gear. We took the transmission out, and there were teeth missing in the 3 gear. That's what happens when you get on it and you miss a gear. Well, he ended up replacing the transmission.💯
I don't think this car has any heater looks like no heater hoses. I have a 1970 and I don't have pockets on my door cards I don't know which one is correct. also this car is not a SS or it would have a sway bar on the rear differential.
26 might be a good price for someone but tranny and all the little things to make it show quality I'd probably pass on it at that price. Good starting point for a driver though
Im about to join the police academy in NY and want to drive something special (a classic) can I daily drive a classic or can a classic be made into a daily driver? What are your recommendations on making it a daily. Or if I should just give up on that dream?
If you don’t have the funds & complain about the price being high, go to your local dealer ship & get your self a Prius. This a real man’s car
You can't buy your way to being a real man you insecure troll

Bright and shiny basketcase from some diy guy. Buyer beware!!!

There’s no heat in it either! Looks like they welded a patch on the heater core opening
I’m the same age as this car and I got a few patch jobs myself! HAHAHHA
Nice Camaro with 4th gear grinding that should cut the price down like 15,000 car
Sure, buddy.
and 1" thick bondo.
Why don't you just pay full price then
It's not 2010 anymore lol 15k 😂😂😂😂😂
Cut $10,000 off for a $600 trans.makes all the sense in the world.if your lawnmower needs a spark plug put it on the curb for free😂
That’s an absolutely beautiful 1970 Camaro
Trans needs a shifting hub and synconizers and locking dogs for 3 and 4and probably a set of bearings , because all that metal is in the gear oil
How much that cost? 😮
@born2wrench it not a matching numbers collectors peice anyway. I'd swap in a 6 speed and make it a fun driver.
That’s called,,,, A REBUILD!!!😂😂😂😂

Despite being a die hard Pontiac guy, as a young kid something about the 70 camaro really appealed to me.
I purchased a 72 last year for $52k this is sold CHEAP ! Beautiful ride !
Subscribed (hope you enjoy your gift lol). Great video. I love Camaros too, my first car was a '78 Camaro Type LT and now have a '23 Camaro SS.
Thank you for the sub, glad you liked the video. 🤘
Merry Christmas!!
it has the right factory seats!!!! nice car.
I’m going to have nightmares just thinking about owning this car. No thanks. Been there. Done that.
That is one sweet Camaro! 4 speed too. 😎
Great looking Camaro!!! 👍👍
I like the 3 piece spoilers on these cars better, but that’s just my preference.
LOVE THAT YEAR SPLIT BUMPER SWEET
I’m building a 73 camaro now
Have a 71Z28 LT1. Would be basket case. Would be in market for one like u shown there.
Seems to run strong needs some tweaks a good 10 footer drive it as is but not now with no heat or defrost its a summer cruiser
🏆I've always wanted a "70" split bumper 😅 now I just need🍀 money✌️

Sweet American Classic muscle car.
Always my favorite and even the color but that cut down spoiler gives me the shits..
There were two spoilers offered . A short and a tall you usually see. I like the tall one also. I do wish it had the twelve bolt rear end.

FRAM filter deal breaker. LOl

This one looks and sounds amazing! best year for camaros!
Great way to buy cars if you can get parts and know how to fix things.
Looking for a 78 Vette with black and grey color.
Videos are awesome !!!
