Is anyone else been experiencing these problems recently? (I don't have a cell phone/tablet/etc, just a Laptop :)
-You have a video paused and a little while later it automatically starts from where it let off or just starts from the beginning?
-When watching a video it just briefly pauses at some seemingly random point then starts from the beginning again?
-Whenever the video resets whatever you are typing is also gone/reset if not posted in time...

I was having INSTANTANEOUS pausing when i clicked play - which was caused by an antivirus/cleaner/VPN app. Uninstalling this app fixed the issue.

😢 same problem thats why cant find the solution. 35 second after i cant watch for auto paused and buffering reason.
