    Age 63.
5k PB this year is 21:30. Age grade about 76%. Training hard, about three times a week.
    Working towards 20:44.
Have a PB of 19:25 at age 55.
Need to keep the body ticking over!!
The age grade is great to compare your performance against younger runners.

On the weekend I ran my second 5K race in my life. My first was last September on my 52nd birthday weekend.
This time I tucked in behind an 84 year old gentleman who “dragged me along” behind him the first 4 km of the race at about a 6 1/2 pace. About 1 km out I realized he had dropped back but I kept going leaving nothing on the field and got a PB of 32:21.
I saw him a few minutes later and thanked him. He inspired me to push myself and have the confidence in the last 6 weeks of training I’ve done with Runna!
My current goal is to shave 2:21 off and do a sub-30 but I also want to run 10 k (done it in training) and eventually a marathon for the bucket list!

Useful tool. Just tried the website… and get very close percentile results for my 5K and 10K results. Will see if I can maintain the same numbers… or improve them… as I hit 60 in a few years.

I don't think you have been clear enough that the percentages are not percentiles (ie a comparison with other people of your age) but age grades. The age grade is simply your performance as percentage of the world record speed for your age. So an age grade of 70% does not mean that you are faster than 70% of the people of your age. It means you can run at 70% of the speed of the WR holder of your age. The age grade is however a great way of monitoring your pace as you naturally slow down with age - can you maintain or even improve your age grade.

Is there a chart incorporating both time and distance ny age?

This is of no help. There is nothing that explains what the results mean. Obviously, this was created by someone who knows what it means in their head but doesn't bother to explain it to anyone else. Why would you share this? E.g., for a 61 year old, what does the 19 minutes represent? What does the percentage represent? I know exactly what my Garmin stats mean because they are explained in detail.
