    Sharing a Super Easy Gluten-Free Apple Pie Recipe
    No need to knead the dough for the crust!
    Using rice paper as a substitute still creates a crispy texture.
    If you're like me and bought a big pack of rice paper but don’t know how to use it up, this is a great dessert to help you use a lot of it!
    Ingredients (Makes 3 servings):
    Apple Filling:
    Apple: 250g
    Sugar: 30g
    Potato starch: 2 tsp (8g)
    Butter: A small amount
    Cinnamon powder: A small amount
    Water: A small amount
    Crust:
    Rice paper: 12 sheets (4 sheets per pie)
    Egg: 1
    Butter: 15g (melted in advance)
