"How do you bring seaweed to the masses?" One word; sushi.
I love seaweed and I think it started there.
I'll be looking for your products online Pia. I can't wait.

I came here because of hearing Pia this morning on the ABC Science Show (5th of August 2020). What an amazing person.
I will do some more research and hopefully be able to invest hugely in her business. It is vitally important. The oceans are getting toxic with heavy metals, micro plastics and radioactive material from Fukushima. The oceans are being fished out. Coastal regions are being developed so quickly that sea grasses and mangroves are being destroyed. Pollution and heating of the oceans and acidification that kills coral reefs is also looming large.

I'm glad the message is getting through to Aus. I just read Bren Smith's book "eat like a fish" - it traces his journey from commercial fisherman to ocean seaweed farmer - inspiring, highly recommended
